Build your CV

Your draft is saved in this browser only

What you type is saved automatically in this browser on this device. We do not keep it on our server, so we cannot get it back for you.

How saving works
  • Your draft is still here when you reload the page or come back later in the same browser.
  • It is deleted if you clear your browsing data (history, cookies or site data), or if you use a private or incognito window and close it.
  • It does not move to another phone, computer or browser. To continue somewhere else, download a draft file and load it there.
  • If you added a photo, it is saved with the draft and is in the draft file too.
  • On a shared or public computer, tap "Start over" when you finish, so the next person cannot see your details.

We opened the draft saved in this browser.

The draft file (.json) has everything you typed, including your contact details. Keep it private. Loading it happens on your device only.

Step 1 of 11

Getting started

Choose your CV language and tell us if you have work experience. You can change both later; the site language stays the same.

CV language
Do you have work experience?

Paid jobs, full-time or part-time. Internships and volunteering have their own step either way. You can change your answer later.

You already added jobs in the work experience step. They stay on your CV, after the other sections. To take them off, remove them in that step.

Photo (optional)

Many employers in Arab countries expect a photo, while in others, such as the UK or the US, CVs usually have none. You can leave it out. Use a recent photo of your face and shoulders, with a plain background and formal clothes. It is cut to a square from the middle. JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 15 MB.

Your photo as it will appear on the CV

The photo is made smaller on your device and saved with your draft in this browser. It is sent to our server only to show the preview and make the PDF, and is not kept there.

Design

The pictures show a fictional sample CV, not yours. Your own preview shows your CV in the design you choose.

“Simple layout, text checked” means one column, and we checked that common PDF readers get the text out of the PDF in the right order. No design can promise how a particular employer’s system reads your CV.

Order of your CV sections

Your CV prints the sections in this order, in the preview and in the PDF. Use the arrows to move a section, or hide one you do not want on this CV.
