Who runs this site

Sahla CV is a free, independent website, open to job seekers in any country. It is run by Obaida Mustafa.

Your draft

What you type is saved in your browser on this device only (localStorage), not on our server. If you clear your browser data or switch device or browser, the draft is gone. On a shared device others may see it, so delete it when you finish.

Preview and download

To show the preview and make the PDF, we send your CV data to our server. We use it only for that and then discard it. We do not store it, write it to log files, or share it with anyone.

Your photo

A photo is optional. If you add one, your browser makes it smaller and cuts it to a square on your device, and it is saved with your draft in this browser. Like the rest of your CV, it is sent to our server only to show the preview and make the PDF, and is not stored, logged or shared. We remove hidden file details (such as camera or location data) from it.

What we do not ask for

You do not need an account, an email address or a phone number to use the site. The details you put in your CV (such as your phone and email) stay yours.

Cookies

We use one cookie to remember the site language, and technical cookies the site needs to work and to block forged requests. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies today.

Technical logs

Like most websites, our web server records technical details about each request (IP address, time, page requested and result) for security and to keep the site running. These logs never contain your CV content. They are deleted automatically after 14 days.

Usage counts

To know if the site helps, we count how many CVs are started, previewed and downloaded each day. We keep only those daily totals: no IP address, no cookie, no device ID and nothing from your CV.

Ads

The site shows no ads today. To keep it free, we may add ads later (for example Google ads). If we do, we will update this page first: which ad company, what cookies it uses, and the choices you have. Your CV content will never be shared with an ad company.

AI

This version does not use AI and does not send your data to any AI service.

If you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and what you write. We use them only to reply to you and do not share them. Please do not send your CV or ID documents unless we need them to fix a problem.

Your choices

Your data is handled the same way wherever you live. Because we do not keep your CV or an account for you, we hold nothing about you to look up, correct or delete. Your draft is in your own browser: you can delete it at any time with "Start over" in the builder, or by clearing your browser data. If you have a question about your data, you can ask us.

Changes

If any of this changes, we will update this page and its last-updated date.
